LASHFLEXCON® – Side Wall Conveyor

Side wall conveyors are used for continuous conveying of bulk materials with different compositions. The main element is a flexible base belt with transversely stable fabric inserts, vulcanized corrugated edges and lateral nonprofiled edge area. This belt can be guided in a horizontal, inclined or vertical orientation, perfectly adapting to the specific conditions on site.

One of the key features of side wall belt conveyors is the ability to transport material at any angle from 0° to 90°. All angles of inclination are possible within one conveyor circuit.

Additional cleaning scrapers can be installed under horizontal draw frames to convey trickle material back to the main material flow. back to the main material flow. For vertical vertical corrugated edge conveyors, the discharge can be rotated up to 180° to the feed section, depending on the vertical height.
