Four new waste incineration plants in the Moscow area

No more household waste in landfills. By 2022, no more household waste may be dumped in Russian landfills. Instead, it must be separated from recyclable components and later processed in incineration plants to generate energy. In order to cope with the upcoming disposal and recycling bottlenecks, four new waste-to-energy plants are being built in the Moscow area, Russia's largest producer of household waste.

The Loibl Förderanlagen GmbH is involved in the construction of the new waste incineration plants on behalf of the Swiss-Japanese cleantech company and one of the international market leaders Hitachi Zosen Inova AG and is supplying the slag transport systems, which are identical for all plants.
