The LASHXTENSION® from Loibl is used for the functional check of the conveyor chain. It protects against increased chain wear and chain breakages due to differing tension, by evenly distributing the tensioning pressure by means of hydraulic cylinders. In this way, the chain is more evenly loaded and a one-sided wear is reduced.
The LASHXTENSION® consists of a hydraulic cylinder unit which is operated by an efficient drive unit with a standard power supply (230V/50Hz). Via an integrated preprogrammed control a continuous and optimum chain tension is generated during operation.
The tension unit is attached to the conveyor safely and well protected. The subsequent installation is simple and can be realized without great effort. If the connection to a higher-level control system is requested, the signal exchange is implemented via the corresponding interface. The maintenance effort is reduced and the service life of the chains is increased.
