KEY FEATURES
- Function control of the conveyor chain: The LASHXTENSION® protects against increased chain wear and chain breaks due to varying tension by distributing the tensioning pressure evenly using hydraulic cylinders. As a result, the chain is loaded more evenly and one-sided wear is reduced
- The LASHXTENSION® consists of a hydraulic cylinder unit that is operated by an efficient drive unit with a standard power supply (230V/50Hz). An integrated, pre-programmed control system generates a permanent and optimum chain tension during operation
- Low installation effort: The tensioning unit is attached to the conveyor safely and securely. Retrofitting is uncomplicated and can be carried out without major installation work. If a connection to a higher-level control system is required, signals can be exchanged via a corresponding interface. Maintenance costs are reduced and the service life of the chains is increased
