DRY DISCHARGE
The water level in the LASHPUSHCON® is variable and can be reduced to dry discharge depending on the requirement profile. The slag discharge is made possible by a hydraulically actuated hydraulically operated ram. This pushes the grate slag out of the conveyor and reduces its moisture content during the process.
RANSPORT AND PROCESSING OF THE SLAG
The ram body pushes the slag out of the water bath towards the discharge opening. Hydraulic cylinders move the ram body. After discharge, the combustion residues can be conveyed to storage using suitable Loibl conveyor technology or fed to a processing plant. There, recyclable metals from the slag can be further conveyed using additional Loibl conveyor technology.
