THE LASHSUBCHAIN® BY LOIBL
QUICK, SIMPLE, EFFICIENT
Through a hermetically sealed chute the hot ash and slag lumps falling out of boiler pit get into the conveying trough underneath, where they cool down and crumble by means of a shock process. The cooled down residues settle at the bottom of the conveyor and through an integrated scraper chain mechanism they are efficiently conveyed to the inclined section of the system. During this process the cooled down ash and slag is reliably dewatered by the conveyor system. At the upper end of the inclined section there is a separate discharge where the dewatered residues fall into a receiving chute, followed by a conveyor (e.g. trough chain conveyor) or truck.
