LASHSUBGRIND® - SGC
The LASHSUBGRIND® (SGC) offers a practical solution for the submerged conveying of grate ash and bottom ash. Its unique and compact design is both simple and space saving, thus allowing to replace, for example, hydraulic ash conveyor systems in existing equipment. That is what makes our Submerged Grind Conveyor a cost-saving and efficient refurbishment measure.

LASHSUBCHAIN® - SCC
The LASHSUBCHAIN® (SCC) is an extremely sturdy wet deslagger which is used in incineration plants for solid fuels. The Submerged Chain Conveyor removes ash residues such as grate ash and bottom ash efficiently and prepares them simply and quickly for the further processing or disposal.
02RSCC
The LASHREMOTECON® (RSCC) is a robust ash collection system which is similar to the design of the LASHSUBCHAIN®. It represents a cost-effective and sustainable retrofit and refurbishment measure for all operators. It minimizes the use of water for your plant and recycles the extinguishing water via a closed circuit. Compared to many common ash handling systems, Loibl’s Remote Submerged Chain Conveyor is not installed under the boiler and can be connected to the existing hydraulic system. This avoids unnecessary downtimes during assembly.
