ROTARY FEEDERS BY LOIBL
Loibl rotary feeders consist of a rotating rotor receiving bulk material in the inlet area and filling its rotor cells with it. The continuous rotation transports the bulk material in the cell to the outlet where it falls into the adjacent facility. Disturbing gas flows which might occur during the process by pressure differences between inlet and outlet are avoided by narrow gap widths between rotor and housing. The delivery rate is determined by the volume of the rotor cells and the speed of the rotor.
Depending on the product treated, our rotary feeders are upgradable with a range of standard rotary valves. A special finishing of the housing is possible when working with highly abrasive products such as fly ash.
