Loibl disc screens are equipped with several intermeshing disc rollers transporting the material to be conveyed. The distances between the disc rollers form free spaces where unwanted product constituents might fall through. The remaining constituents are continued to be transported on the discs. Depending on the type and property of the material to be screened and the sorting effect to be achieved, we determine the number of disc rollers and the distances between the discs.
