Agro-Express-Service is a company engaged in corn and grain cultivation in Ukraine on an agricultural area of about 32 thousand hectares. Among other things, Agro-Express-Service operates a sugar plant located in the town Maryanovka, Ukraine, with a daily beet processing capacity of more than 7 thousand tons. In 2020, the customer decided to modernize the beet pulp drying plant and renew the pulp storage facilities.

The customer was already advised and supported by Loibl Förderanlagen GmbH during the planning phase.

Our extensive experience in the field of pressed beet pulp, dried beet pulp and pelletized beet pulp, based on the supply of conveying systems for a wide range of applications and bulk materials, has provided reliable support to the customer.

We supplied a suitable vertical screw conveyor for the closed vertical transport of the wet pressed beet pulp. In addition, further LASHSCREWCON®, a chain bucket elevator and numerous components.
