As of 05 May 2023, Martin GmbH für Umwelt- und Energietechnik, Munich, has taken over the shareholder shares in Loibl Holding GmbH from the previous shareholder representative.

Following the completion of the takeover, Loibl Förderanlagen GmbH is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Martin GmbH für Umwelt- und Energietechnik. Nothing will change for our customers - as usual, we will remain your contact and manufacturer of customised transport solutions for bulk materials, from individual components to complex systems.

At Straubing site, 120 km north-east of Munich, we continue to plan, develop and produce state-of-the-art materials handling systems and special machines that are in use worldwide with more than 140 employees.

We are pleased to have Martin, a renowned, internationally active family business with almost 100 years of tradition, as a new shareholder who will support and promote our growth course in the future.
