Efficient conveyor systems from Loibl for dry fine slag in Swiss EfW plants

Loibl offers customized conveyor systems for conveying dry fine bottom ash ans slag. In the Swiss EfW plant, special troughed belt conveyors are used to transport the dry slag efficiently. These conveyors are designed to be emission-free and are equipped with cleaning scrapers to reduce abrasion.

Our troughed chain conveyors are individually adapted to customer requirements, as in the case of the Swiss WtE system with opening flaps and forged fork link chains for easy maintenance and long-term operation. To ensure optimum accessibility and maintenance, the conveyors are supported by support towers, belt bridges and stair towers. The system can convey up to 65 t/h and provides a safe working environment for the transportation of fine slag.
