The South Clyde Energy Centre in Glasgow is an Energy-from-Waste (EfW) facility under construction and designed to the latest technology.

It will be in service by the end of 2025 and will support Scotland's ban on landfill of municipal waste, which comes into force in 2025.

The South Clyde Energy Centre will generate electricity from the incineration of household and commercial waste.

Loibl Förderanlagen GmbH is supplying the complete ash removal and slag transport system for the project.
