Jens Biermann, Representative of the shareholder of Loibl Förderanlagen GmbH:

"We would like to thank Mr. Fricke very much for his commitment and dedication over the past 10 years and wish him all the best for the future. We are very pleased to present three new managing directors. Mr. Karl Zeitler, Mr. Richard Stoiber and Mr. Arnd Benninghoff, which are knowing the company and its business partners extremely well, will continue and develop the successful work of recent years together. With the appointment of the new management, we will continue to focus on growth and expansion of our international market position."

Mr. Zeitler has been with the company for over 25 years and is already well known to many of our business partners as the Technical Director. To this day, he shapes the identity of the company and its products. Mr. Stoiber, who has been part of the boardroom in our company for several years, has more than 30 years of professional experience in the areas of commercial management, finance, controlling and personnel management. Mr. Benninghoffs career is shaped by many years of experience in the energy-generating industry. As a division and sales manager, he was active throughout Germany, particularly in medium-sized companies with an international network.

The new top management will continue the alignment of Loibl Förderanlagen GmbH as a specialist for demanding and individual plant engineering based on our conveying systems and solutions. Sustainability, quality and profitability will continue to characterize the company's agenda in the future.
