Bavarian Tour de France: Cycling for a good cause
Category: Company, Charity | | Created by Lea PfingstenAround 60 participants took part in the Straubing-Bogen district tour organized by TSV Pfaffenberg at the end of July. A total of 37 communities were passed through during the fundraising ride. The athletes covered a distance of 120 km. For the hard-boiled among them, a distance of 180 km was also possible.
Cyclists from Schwarzach, Vilsbiburg, Strasskirchen and Landau took partly a long journey in Kau to participate in the event. The group was flanked by 4 motorcyclists and 2 support vehicles, including a Loibl bus.
The "Bavarian Tour de France", also known among participants, was cycled for a good cause. A total of € 1,500 was collected and handed over to the Sternfahrer Straßkirchen, who support seriously ill people with their annual fundraising ride to Altötting.
