Apprentice day at the Lasertag Arena: A day full of action and fun

A total of 21 trainees from Loibl Förderanlagen GmbH recently spent a day full of excitement and team spirit at the laser tag arena in Straubing. The event was a welcome opportunity for all trainees to get to know each other better and make contacts across the different year groups. The new trainees in particular had the opportunity to integrate into the Loibl team in a relaxed atmosphere.

“It is very important to us that our new trainees feel at home in the Loibl team,” emphasizes Head of Training Christoph Meier. “Our training events are designed to promote cohesion and strengthen the sense of community between the trainees.” Breaking down fears of contact - that is the motto of the events. They take place at different locations every year - bowling alley, climbing hall, laser tag and much more! The main thing is that everyone has fun and gets to know each other.

After the big photo shoot in production, the apprentices drove to the laser tag arena and were briefed on the rules of the game. The apprentices then split into teams and competed against each other in the arena. Skill, team strategy and plenty of creativity were required as the teams sought shelter behind walls and obstacles.

After an action-packed morning, the apprentices enjoyed refreshments and were able to reflect on the event together. Our Apprentice Day 2024 was not only a lot of fun für our apprentices, but also a great opportunity to connect.
