Why did you decide to do an apprenticeship at Loibl?
I see good future prospects in the bulk goods industry and the conveyor systems sector.
In which area of the apprenticeship are you working and what are your main tasks?
I am currently working in order processing service/aftermarket. In this department, you create quotations and orders and take care of the commercial processing.
What were your first impressions when you started your apprenticeship at Loibl?
I really liked the fact that the trainees were given a very friendly welcome. The annual trainee event is a great way to get to know the other trainees.
How does Loibl support you in your training and development?
My colleagues are always very reliable in training me in the departments and you can always ask them questions.
What has been the biggest learning success in your apprenticeship so far?
My annual certificate after the 1st year of training.
How do you find working with experienced colleagues and other departments?
My colleagues are always very helpful.
Which topics or specialist areas within your apprenticeship are you particularly interested in?
I am most interested in getting to know the various departments and their different tasks so that I can gain an insight into all departments.
Are there any special projects or tasks that you particularly enjoy?
I really enjoy the variety of tasks in Purchasing.
How do you experience the corporate culture at Loibl from an apprentice's perspective?
Everyone is very open. You are always supported.
What expectations did you have before your apprenticeship and how have they been fulfilled so far?
I had already done another apprenticeship before and wanted to develop professionally.
How do you deal with challenges that may arise during your apprenticeship?
I ask my colleagues and consult with them.
How important is teamwork in your area of training?
Teamwork is very important in order management aftermarket/service, as you have to coordinate well.
What would you recommend to others who are considering an apprenticeship at Loibl?
I would definitely recommend training at Loibl because you get a real all-round view. You get to know different departments, which gives you a better understanding of the industry and your own area of responsibility.
What do you expect from working with the other trainees at Loibl?
The most important things for me are helpfulness and pleasant teamwork.

What are your goals for the time after your apprenticeship?
I would like to stay at Loibl after my apprenticeship and contribute to the department assigned to me.

I love music and am passionate about playing the trumpet.
